We are currently recruiting to add to our talented operations team! Our Nest Egg Home Services Client Support Specialist will be the face of the organization to many clients, vendors, and partners in addition to serving a critical role within day to day company operations.
The goal of the Client Support Specialist is to provide the highest level of client support possible, in alignment with the company’s values, with the primary focus on client satisfaction and maximizing profitability for the company. Additionally, the Client Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining intra-office communications, streamlining administrative procedures, maintaining relationships with agents and vendors, and maintaining day to day office operations.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic professional who does not mind wearing multiple hats, is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and support related tasks, is able to work independently with little supervision, and is well organized, flexible, and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. Must also be comfortable asking for direction when needed and take initiative to work towards company goals.
