Licensed Home Inspector
Pete has over 17 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industries with a deep understanding of repair and prevention strategies. He’s a North Carolina Licensed Home Inspector and has AHIT, InterNACHI, Radon, and Infrared certifications. Pete is also a Licensed Commercial Drone pilot certified by the FAA.
Dale Edwards
Licensed Home Inspector
Dale brings specialized mechanical experience including over a decade in heating and cooling systems. He’s a North Carolina Licensed Home Inspector and has AHIT, InterNACHI, and Infrared certifications. Dale is also a Licensed Commercial Drone pilot certified by the FAA.
